Courted is seeking a Product Designer to be the customer advocate and interpret customer needs into thoughtful design solutions. This person will be working primarily on our Professional Network product, which is a business that is at a very early stage of development. Over time, there will be opportunities to shape our brokerage-facing products and lead a team of designers, for individuals who are interested in doing so. Product Designers at Courted will be creative thinkers who effectively communicate their ideas and continuously collaborate with strategists and technologists to continually innovate at various stages of product conceptualization and design strategy. The role is responsible for creating and overseeing detailed user experience design solutions, prototyping, feature lists, and testing ideas with real users, providing interaction and visual direction from definition to specification. Product Designers are measured on the success of their product.

About the Associate Product Manager Position
We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, working to see the idea from conception to launch.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management. Your main responsibilities include improvement of overall customer experience, prioritizing the implementation of features, and gathering product requirements. Our ideal candidates should have a technical background which can be synergized with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.
Ultimately, you will collaborate with internal teams to build products to fill in market gaps and increase satisfaction of customers.
Associate Product Manager responsibilities are:
Help improve customer experience by seeking and suggesting product advancements.
Ensure quality of products by performing quality controls on products.
Deliver functional solutions by collaborating with engineering department
Conduct research which will identify market holes and customer desires or needs.
Set timelines for implementation of new features, and prioritize.
Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products
Gather data on user reactions after launch by monitoring and reporting
Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Participate in system configuration
Associate Product Manager requirements are:
Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role
Experience in managing the lifecycle of a product from end to end
Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques
Hands-on experience with web technologies
Working knowledge of project management tools, including Jira or Trello
Strong time management , collaboration, and communication skills
The ability to collaborate and communicate across multiple teams
